3. **Timeframe:** Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Items received after this period will not be accepted.

   - Contact information

   - Order number

   - Item(s) you wish to return

   - Reason for the return

 

5. **Approval Required:** Return requests must be approved by our team before you send the items back. Please wait for our confirmation before proceeding with the return.

 

6. **Return Shipping:** The cost of return shipping is at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s).

 

7. **Refund Method:** Once the returned item(s) are received, inspected, and approved, we will issue store credit to your account. This credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
